You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund with the exception of the shipping cost to be incurred by client. Also, exception: No returns on custom Closets, Kitchens or Bathroom cabinetry. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If under these guidelines you qualify for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), plus the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, with visible damage on the outside of the box or crate, please take pictures of the unopened box or crate and send pictures to: firstname.lastname@example.org This must be done within 48 hours of arrival in your home.
If the item has concealed damage, meaning, not visible damage on the outside of the box or crate - Please follow the same guidelines above and send pictures within 48 hours of arrival to your home.
- Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, Freight carrier or FedEx ground.
- Most orders ship out within 15 business days and are delivered within 15-30 business days of the order being placed. The exception on shipping time is for Custom Closets, Kitchen and Bathroom cabinetry - they ship within 30 business days.
- All custom orders: Closets, Kitchens and Bathroom cabinetry will ship in crates. Due to the heavy weight of these items, clients must make arrangements to move crate from the outside of the home to the interior. All custom cabinetry is delivered curbside.
- We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.
- Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
- MARPI Resources shall not liable for packages left outside of home unattended.
STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
UPHOLSTERY PRODUCT WARRANTIES: · The manufacturer warrants the reclining mechanism, wooden frame parts and spring systems against manufacturing and material defects for ONE year. · Cushioning/Filling Material – The manufacturer warrants against defective parts on seat cushion foams and filling materials for one year. · All foam and filling composites naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under the warranty.
FABRIC AND LEATHER Fabric – The manufacturer warrants the upholstery fabric used on your furniture against; seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss for one year. The manufacturer cannot cover pilling, which is a result of normal wear, nor fading, which can be caused by overexposure to sunlight. Leather – The manufacturer warrants leather upholstery against seam failure and material defects for one year. • The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS This warranty does not include: · Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use · Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care · Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage · Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse · Normal wear and tear · Damages incurred during transportation · Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance · Any used, previously displayed items The Company makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such sates or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. We will not handle claims from the consumer directly. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
CLAIM PROCEDURES: · Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 10 calendar days after the merchandise is received · Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging · We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field · Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice · If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
